In collaboration with the talented designers Nemanja and Laura, we optimised critical workflows for Tax Managers and stakeholders through targeted design workshops, user interviews, and usability testing. Each feature was refined through competitive analysis, usability testing, and cross-functional feedback, balancing technical feasibility with user needs.

Provide context whilst maximising data points in view: String truncation with tooltips, sticky column and row headers ensure the users always have the context of information in view, whilst optimising the page real-estate for maximum information display.

Manual Data Ingestion

Initially a manual ingestion tool, the CSV Upload feature gained importance after Sales feedback highlighted its demo value. We enhanced it with real-time Data Mapping and Enrichment previews to better showcase Fonoa’s capabilities.
